Khmer Rouge Institution

In Democratic Kampuchea regime, April 1975-January 1979, Khmer Rough leaders had made an institution with some absolute chapters and some non-reaction chapters but they did not follow the institution.
For clearly understanding and consideration, proof documents left from the regime are listed below:
Cambodia is an independent state with unity, peace, neutrality, and sovereignty and democratic in the territorial integrity.
Cambodia, Democratic Kampuchea, is the state of farmers, workers and others social ranks living in the country.
Farming activities belonged to state and people community. Tools and materials belonged to individual.
New cultures are against with reactionary culture of the rich of colonialist and imperialist in Cambodia.
Democratic Kampuchea implements collectivity principles in leadership and workforce. Legislature managed by farmers and workers representative and other social ranks. The legislature has 250 members with 150 farmer representatives, 50 worker representatives and 50 revolution solders.
The members were chose by general vote in direct and secret election in five years mandates.
Government was appointed by assembly and responsible for any act before the assembly.
Court was created by people’s tribunal. All ranks of tribunal were agreed and appointed by people. Activities abusing the law in Democratic Kampuchea are:
• Destructive behaviors give severe danger to the state will be heavily prosecuted.
• Any fraudulence will be educated in people institution or in community.
President group of Democratic Kampuchea was selected by people for five years mandate. He responsible for any national and international activities of the state and comply with law and political line limited by people parliament. The group of president included:
• First vice president
• Second vice president
In Democratic Kampuchea there is no unemployment. All people living in a social with equality and justice no rich no poor people. People have right to believe any religious but the religious of the rich which harm the state are prohibited.
